About Us

We are an industry located in Pedras Grandes-SC-Brazil. We have been making cassava flour for more than 30 years, we deliver flour and seasoned farofa throughout the state, being a reference in quality in the products. We work with three types of flour: Fine Flour, Sour and Toast, all of them are produced with cassava in natura and go through the roasting process at low temperature so that they remain in fine consistency and white coloration. In addition to the flours, we also produce the seasoned farofas: the traditional farofa type and spicy farofa, both produced in a handmade way.
