Dear Supplier, The Brazilian company regularly authorized by ANP is conducting the structuring of international operations for the supply of fuels in Brazil. We invite your company to submit a formal commercial proposal based on the technical specifications and contractual conditions contained in the Purchase Intent Memorandum (MIC), which can be duly requested via the email provided at the end of this request. Requested Products: Diesel EN590 (10ppm) Jet Fuel A-1 (aviation fuel) JP54 (Jet Propellant) Premium Gasoline The proposals must adopt CIF prices destined for the Port of Santos/SP – Brazil, or national delivery upon proof of active logistics infrastructure in the country. Compliance with ANP, ASTM, and EN standards is mandatory. Commercial and Contractual Conditions: Guarantee Instrument: A Stand-by Letter of Credit (SBLC – MT760) will be issued, irrevocable and transferable, with a minimum validity of 12 months and 1 day, renewable according to the contractual clauses. Payment Method: Payment will be made via bank transfer (MT103), after SGS inspection and validation of compliance with the technical and regulatory parameters required by ANP. Mandatory Documentation: Bill of Lading (BL) Certificate of Origin Certificate of Analysis (COA) MSDS POP (when applicable) Valid fiscal and regulatory documentation, according to ANP requirements Deadlines and Penalties: Failure to present the POP and the procedural documentation within a maximum of 3 (three) business days after the ICPO may result in the automatic cancellation of the request, at no cost to the buyer. Legal Basis: All transactions will be fully subject to the current Brazilian legislation, especially ANP Resolution No. 959/2023, Law No. 9,478/1997, and ANP Resolution No. 795/2019, ensuring full regulatory compliance in imports and domestic operations. We ask that you carefully analyze the attached document. Proposals that do not fully meet the established criteria or that present regulatory inconsistencies will not be considered.
