The XL series stabilized soil blenders are suitable for on-site blending of stabilized soil for foundation layer and subfoundation layer of highways, urban roads, squares, wharfs, parking lots, and also suitable for construction of low-grade road surfaces. They could be used for blending of level I and II soil and stabilized materials, and aggregated rock with grain size of less than 40 mm is allowed in the blending material, and could also be used for blending of level III and IV soil and stabilized materials. The engine takes N series of CUMMINS engine, featuring compactness, low noise, easy for maintenance and low emission, large power storage and higher reliability; the hydraulic system adopts connection pump, and the main components select the imported parts of international famous brand, featuring high allowed pressure, high efficiency, low noise and complete function.The pump integrates pressure regulating valve, high pressure safety valve and bypass valve, which make the structure of the hydraulic system easy and convenient to install and repair.The optimized working device structure decreases the working resistance and improves the working efficiency:
·The drive axle is manufactured by Sino-Us Joint Meritor Axle Company, featuring advanced design, reasonable structure and reliable quality;
·With Korean green glass, the luxury cab features wider visibility. The motherboard of the cab adopts integrated rubber pad, featuring good sealing capability and low noise for the driver. The cab is equipped with overhead air-conditioning system;
·The operation panel, instrument board and control box are luxury and it is equipped with stereo. The levers are on the both sides of the seat, which is easy to access and convenient to operate.
·The luxury cab, adjusted forward and backward, upward and downward, provides more comfortable condition for the driver.
·The excellent new appearance of counterweight increases the machine weight, contributing to larger traction of the machine;
·The engine hood of large inclining angle is made of glass fibre reinforced plastics. With good visibility, the hood can upturn, which is convenient to repair;
·The machine selects low pressure and wide base construction tyre, featuring excellent vibration assistance and large traction.
·It is equipped with RSC device.
