Following the requirements

1. The buyer issues an acceptable ICPO.
2. Upon receipt of the acceptable ICPO, the Seller will issue a draft contract.
3. The buyer signs the draft contract.

4. Within a maximum period of 5 business days, the Buyer issues an POF. MT 760
6. After validation of the POF Proof of Funds , the Seller issues Proof of Product (POP) to the buyer's Bank
7. Production, loading and shipping begin according to the contract schedule.
8. Seller warrants that the following shipping documents will be sent by Seller's Bank to Buyer's Bank within five (5) business days after
upload completion date.
a) Signed Commercial Invoice 3 Originals plus 3 copies.
b) Original Bill of Lading, plus 3 copies N/N.
c) Original Quality Certificate plus 3 copies.
d) Certificate of Quantity – original plus 3 copies.
e) Certificate of origin plus 3 copies
f) Signed packing list 3 originals plus 3 copies
g) Phytosanitary Certificate
h) Insurance 110 certificates.
9. Payment terms bank to bank transfer, CAD ( Cash against documents through bank),SBLC, LC, TT or block funds
