Pipe heater is a kind of energy-saving equipment that preheats the material, it is installed in front of the material equipment, so as to warm the material directly, so that it can be heated in high temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. It is widely used in heavy oil, asphalt, oil and other fuel oil pre-heating occasions.
The pipe heater has two parts, the body and the control system. The heating element is made of stainless steel steel pipe as protective sleeve, high temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, formed by compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuit, integrated circuit trigger, high anti-voltage scrare silicon and other components can adjust the temperature, the thermostatic system, to ensure the normal operation of electric heater.
Pipe heaters are divided into two modes: one is to use the flange tubular thermoelectric elements inside the pipe heater to be inserted in the reactor jacket in the pipe heater to heat the thermal oil, the pipe heater heat energy transmission to the pipe heater internal reactor chemical raw materials. Another way is to insert a tubular thermoelectric element in the pipe heater directly into the reactor in the pipe heater or to distribute the electric tube evenly around the wall of the pipe heater. This mode is called the inner thermal pattern of the pipe heater. The inner heat of the pipe heater heats up fast and highly efficient.
