Description

We have developed progressive cavity pump ceramic rotors that are precision-machined from high-performance engineering ceramics such as zirconia, silicon carbide or silicon nitride and are designed for progressive cavity pump systems under extreme operating conditions. The product combines the super wear resistance, corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics of ceramic materials, which significantly improves the service life and operating efficiency of the rotor when conveying highly abrasive and corrosive media, and is an ideal alternative to traditional metal rotors.

The wear resistance is increased by more than 5 times: the hardness of the ceramic rotor can reach more than HRA90, which can withstand high wear media such as particles and fibers, and reduce the attenuation of pump efficiency caused by wear.
