Description
Varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Verdelho, Chardonnay, and Gewurztraminer.
Made from hand-picked grapes, a pre-fermentation maceration was carried out in a rotating tank for 16 hours, fermented with selected yeast at controlled temperature. Part of the batch fermented in 225-liter French oak barrels. Battonage was done with the fine lees.
Notes: Citrusy color with greenish hues, tropical aroma of pineapple, mango, and lychee, slight vanilla, medium body, smooth, round, fresh, with a lingering finish and some persistence. It should be consumed at a temperature of 8°C.
