The production process of welding consumables covers five core links: raw material processing, forming processing, surface treatment, quality testing and packaging:

Raw material refining
Through the high-frequency direct wire drawing machine to achieve precision cold processing of welding cores/wires, CRD cold rolling die technology can replace the traditional drawing process, save energy by 8%-10% while improving the uniformity of metal structure, and lay a material foundation for the subsequent process.
Molding process

Post-processing
The high-speed flying shearing unit (1500 pieces/min) ensures the fixed-length cutting accuracy of welding consumables, and the automatic weighing and packaging system realizes the measurement accuracy of ±0.05kg, and cooperates with the intelligent storage system to complete the warehousing of finished products.
