RIGID POLYURETHANE PLATE - PUR

Pur Mercopol rigid polyurethane plates have uniform molecular structure, have low cooling, low water absorption factor, high structural capacity, dimensional stability and are flame retardant, besides having a low coefficient of thermal conductivity.

Applications:
Mercopol polyurethane plates are used in the thermal insulation of refrigerators, containers, refrigerators, trucks, wagons, tanks, heaters, etc. In the manufacture of dividing panels, floors and floating structures proof of holes for boats and flotation equipment; and components of cars, buses, trains, airplanes, etc.

POLYISOCYANUDE PLATE - PIR

Mercopol polyisocyanurate (PIR) plates maintain virtually the same mechanical and thermal properties as PUR plates, differentiating by their higher fire resistance and high temperatures. PIR foam reacts in front of the fire forming a charred surface cover that protects and prevents the penetration of the fire into the lower layers.

RECYCLED RIGID POLYURETHANE PLATE

Knowing the environmental impacts caused by the disposal of polyurethane residues, Mercopol developed the recycled rigid polyurethane plate. Made from polyurethane leftovers, it has an isolated characteristic similar to those of virgin polyurethane, and can be used in cold chamber floors and among several other applications.

Dimensions:
PU plates with size of 1000mm wide and 2640mm long. Blocks with dimensions up to
600mm thick and with cuts from 15mm calibrated.
