Liquid chromatography column system GLK column loader (ZL:201320503871.6) can be filled with LC-MS, HPLC required liquid-phase capillary column, analysis column, semi-preparation and preparation liquid chromatography column, including GLK1000 and GLK2000 models. The GLK1000 column machine is tailored for liquid-phase capillary columns and conventional analytical columns with a maximum rated output pressure of 9800psi, suitable for the filling of commonly used silicone fillers and filler polymers.
The GLK2000 column mount has a more powerful and stable power, with a maximum rated output pressure of 15000psi, suitable for filling all liquid chromatography columns below 50mm of diameter. The column loading system is mainly composed of compressed air supply system, column loading machine, homogenous slurry tank, homogenous tank swing vehicle (optional). Compressed air supply systems include air compressors, oil-water separators and condensers. The column is powered by compressed air, which requires pure and dry compressed air.
Equipped with an oil-water separator, oil can be removed from compressed air, and air condensers can remove moisture from compressed air. The preparation column filling of the inner diameter of 30mm-50mm requires a large amount of homogenization fluid, so a larger homogenization tube is required. Large, bulky homogenous paste cans, the upper column itself and the weight of the joints make the operation time-consuming and laborious.
Based on these questions, Galek specially designed the homogenized tank swing vehicle (ZL:201320517976.7).

During the column filling process, the homogenized tank can be placed on a chassis that can be moved indoors at will, and the homogenized tank fixed in the fixed ring can be rotated 360 degrees in a plane perpendicular to the rotating shaft, making it easy to transform the column.
