Output isolation is conducive to safe operation; due to the use of digital control, it can achieve extremely low inverter DC components, so it is possible to adopt a secondary series resonance method; the isolation transformer of the secondary series resonance only carries active power, and also adopts an air-cooling structure. For the induction heating system, the saving of cooling water is also considerable. The equipment has its own heat dissipation system, and does not need water circulation cooling. When heating at high temperature, only a small amount of cooling water is needed to cool the induction coil, which greatly saves the user's supporting investment costs; if it is directly discharged by tap water cooling, the loss of water bills is greater than the loss of electricity bills caused by equipment efficiency; if the user uses circulating water cooling or a closed water chiller, the electric power required for water cooling and the electric power of the water pump should still be included as part of the loss.
