Everflon Fluoropolymers

Everflon ® PTFE (Polyfluoroethylene) granular fluorine plastics are ideal for compression molding of a wide range of components and shapes, such as rods, tubes and plates. Products made from genuine Everflon ®PTFE are not affected by most chemicals and have excellent electrical, low friction and mechanical properties.

Products made with genuine Everflon ®PTFE can be used continuously at temperatures of 260 degrees C (500 degrees F).

Everflon ® PTFE granular fluorine plastic resinis is considered a non-melt and is usually converted into a finished product by three steps.

1) The resin is compressed and molded into a rod, rod, and flaky.

2) Once the shape is removed from the mold and then sintered above its melting point to form a solid PTFE blank.

3) Then the solid PTFE billet is processed into a finished product.
