Process:
Step 1: Simulation, modeling
Before casting each hollow shaft, CHAENG uses Huazhu CAE software to digitally simulate the casting process, analyze and predict the molding process of the product through numerical simulation technology, and complete the process optimization of hollow shaft casting;

Metallurgical auxiliaries are complete, the overall size control is good, and the water mining glass sand molding process can prevent the occurrence of hot cracks in cast steel parts; In addition, CHAENG adopts the shape of a pit, which is not affected by seasonal changes and has high production efficiency.

Step 2: Pouring, heat treatment
The raw and auxiliary materials that pass the inspection are put into the electric arc furnace for smelting in proportion, in order to purify the molten steel, CHAENG transforms the molten steel ladles and blows the molten steel for argon refining; Molten iron is sampled for spectral analysis, and after qualification, it adheres to the principle of "low temperature and fast pouring" for casting, and records the pouring time and pouring temperature.

Step 3: Flaw detection, finishing
Finally, cut the sprue, flying edges, etc. CHAENG has a professional grinding and finishing team, large shot blasting equipment, effectively improve the appearance quality of the hollow shaft, so that its surface finish meets customer requirements, and the use of flaw detection equipment for each hollow shaft non-destructive flaw detection to ensure the internal quality of the hollow shaft, to avoid any defective products out of the factory.
