Application
1.It's necessary to use Calcium stearate as lubricants in paper manufacturing. In the paper industry, with the development of coating technology, squeegee coaters are gradually replacing air knife coaters. In order to make the coating uniform and with good flow and leveling properties, it is necessary to use lubricants. The main objectives are to improve the smoothness of the coated paper, to improve paper quality, to improve printability and paper softness, and to prevent powder loss during supercalendering.
2. Widely used as a heat stabilizer in PVC rigid products, with salt-based lead salts and lead soap, it can improve the gelation speed.
3. As a halogen absorber in polypropylene and polyethylene, it can eliminate the negative effects of residual catalysts in the resin on the colour and stability of the resin.
4.Also used as a lubricant for polyolefin fibres and mouldings.
5. Used as a mould release agent, plasticizer, thickening agent for grease, waterproofing agent for textiles, smoothing agent for paint industry, etc. in rubber processing.
6.It can also be used as food additive, feed additive, cosmetics, etc.
